Working File. A working file working file containing other than routine administrative documents and documents pertaining to evaluation may be maintained at the office of the educator’s principal/supervisor subject to the following procedures: a. No information will be placed in the working file without notification to the educator concerned. b. Educators will be notified within ten (10) working days of receipt of any written materials from any source which is placed in the working file and which may be used as the basis for potential disciplinary action during the current school year. c. Signing of file copies shall mean only that the educator had the opportunity to respond to it. Signing does not mean that the educator agrees with the contents. d. Educators may append a written response to the file copy as an attachment. e. The contents of this file shall be limited to matters and events occurring during the current school year. f. At the end of each academic year, all materials shall be destroyed or maintained in the personnel records at the District office.

Working File. An employee’s principal or program supervisor may maintain a supervisory file at his/her work site. • The supervisory file is kept for the purpose of containing material pertinent to the employee’s performance and for the completion of an employee’s evaluation(s). • The supervisor file may be maintained as long as the principal or program supervisor has the responsibility for evaluating the employee’s performance at the work site or program. When those responsibilities end, the contents of the file will be destroyed except for written documentation of counseling sessions and verbal warnings which will be forwarded to Human Resources. Documentation forwarded to Human Resources will be filed in the Human Resources office. Documentation of counseling sessions and verbal warnings will be destroyed after two (2) years, provided that no further issues of a similar nature have occurred during that period of time. • The supervisory file will be open for review by the employee upon request of the employee to set a mutually agreeable time for such review. The employee may choose to have a representative present.

Teachers can request a review of the working file with the administrator at the convenience of both during the school year.
Working File. This Section does not preclude the supervisor maintaining a working file on the employee for the current school year only. Working files shall be deleted at the end of each school year. In addition, the Transportation Supervisor may maintain a file on each bus driver which contains verification of First Aid training, the driver’s Washington State Driving abstract, the results of the latest DOT physical and a listing of the hours of in-service and the subjects covered.

  • Due Diligence Materials Within fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser for its review the following items: a. True, correct, complete and legible copies of all Business Agreements, Warranties, Permits, Accreditations, Applicable Notices, Engineering Documents and Seller's Operating and Service Agreements (solely for the purposes of this Section 4.la., xhe terms Business Agreements, Warranties, Permits, and Engineering Documents shall include all agreements, documents, and instruments otherwise included within such definitions, whether or not the same are assignable by Seller); b. True, correct, complete and legible copies of tax statements or assessments for all real estate and personal property taxes assessed against the Property for the current and the two prior calendar years, if available; c. True, correct and legible listing of all Fixtures, Personal Property and Excluded Property, including a current depreciation schedule; d. True, correct, complete and legible copies of all existing fire and extended coverage insurance policies and any other insurance policies pertaining to the Property, if any; e. True, correct, complete and legible copies of all instruments evidencing, governing or securing the payment of any loans secured by the property or related thereto. Seller may make such instruments available for inspection and copying by Purchaser at Seller's principal office; f. True, correct, complete and legible copies of any and all environmental studies or impact reports relating to the Property, if any, and any approvals, conditions, orders or declarations issued by any governmental authority relating thereto (such studies and reports shall include, but not be limited to, reports indicating whether the Property is or has been contaminated by Hazardous Materials and whether the Property is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as applicable); g. True, correct, complete and legible copies of any and all litigation files with respect to any pending litigation and claim files for any claims made or threatened, the outcome of which might materially affect the Property or the use and operation of the Property. Seller may make such files available for inspection and copying by Purchaser at Seller's principal office.

  • Personnel File An employee, or the President of the Union, or his/her designate, with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review the employee's personnel file(s), both paper and, if applicable, electronic, in the office in which the file is normally kept, in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. The employee or the President, as the case may be, shall give the Employer adequate notice prior to having access to such file(s).
