For Devices Which Support Jitter, Packet Loss and Latency. If any of the three metrics (jitter, latency, or packet loss) exceed the limits shown below for more than one percent (1%) of the calls made by a user in a calendar month , Customer will be entitled to a credit for that month equal to 10% of the applicable UCCaaS/Hosted Calling MRC per affected user, limited to one such credit per month.
