For Early commissioning. The SPD shall be permitted for full commissioning as well as part commissioning of the Project even prior to the SCD. In case of early part – commissioning, till SCD, APDCL may purchase generation till SCD, at 75% of PPA tariff. However, in case the entire capacity is commissioned prior to SCD, APDCL may purchase generation at PPA tariff.
