  • Carry Forward and Transfer Employees will be allowed to carry forward, from year to year of service, any unused sick leave allowed under this provision, and will retain and carry forward any unused sick leave accumulated prior to the effective date of this Agreement. When an employee moves from one state of Washington employer to another, without a break in service, the employee’s accrued sick leave will be transferred to the new employer for the employee’s use.

  • Carry Forward to a Subsequent Year If you do not withdraw the excess contribution, you may carry forward the contribution for a subsequent tax year. To do so, you under-contribute for that tax year and carry the excess contribution amount forward to that year on your tax return. The six percent excess contribution penalty tax will be imposed on the excess amount for each year that it remains as an excess contribution at the end of the year. You must file IRS Form 5329 along with your income tax return to report and remit any additional taxes to the IRS.

  • Adjustment for Excess Volume If Sale Area Map indicates that there are incompletely Marked subdivisions and if Contracting Officer determines that the volume cut will be more than 120 percent of the total es- timated volume listed in A2, Forest Service, upon request by Purchaser, shall make an adjustment in Marking or cutting unit boundaries with the objective of designating for cutting the approximate estimated volumes by species listed in A2. Such adjustments in volumes shall be con- fined to (a) Marking adjustments on Sale Area and (b) re- duction in area to be cut over. However, where felling operations have been started, units of minimum practical size shall be retained in Sale Area.
