For Lodging Merchants. If the Cardholder has not checked in by check-out time the day following the last night of accommodation used to determine the amount of the Deposit or if the reservation was not cancelled by the specified date and time, the Cardholder will forfeit the entire amount of the Deposit or the portion that is in accordance with Merchant’s stated cancellation policy.
