For MEDA. MEDA will designate a “Services Manager” as identified on Schedule C hereto, for its performance of the MEDA Services. Such Services Manager will devote a reasonable amount of time and effort to managing the MEDA Services, will serve as the initial point of contact to VIVUS for matters relating to the MEDA Services, and will have day-to-day authority for ensuring performance of the MEDA Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. MEDA may replace the Services Manager by providing prior written notice to VIVUS.
