RESPECT FOR OTHERS 3.1 You, those living with you, and your visitors, must not harass or act in an anti-social manner to, or pursue a course of anti-social conduct against, any person in the neighbourhood. Such people include residents, visitors, our employees, agents and contractors and those in your house.
AID TO OTHER UNIONS The Employer will not aid, promote or finance any labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining or make any agreement with any such group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Union.
Relation to Other Agreements 1. The Parties reaffirm their rights and obligations under the WTO Agreement or any other agreements to which both Parties are parties.
Management Negotiations (a) The Parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any related agreements by prompt negotiations between each Party’s Authorized Representative, or such other person designated in writing as a representative of the Party (each a “Manager”). Either Manager may request a meeting (in person or telephonically) to initiate negotiations to be held within ten (10) Business Days of the other Party’s receipt of such request, at a mutually agreed time and place. If the matter is not resolved within fifteen (15) Business Days of their first meeting (“Initial Negotiation End Date”), the Managers shall refer the matter to the designated senior officers of their respective companies (“Executive(s)”), who shall have authority to settle the dispute. Within five (5) Business Days of the Initial Negotiation End Date (“Referral Date”), each Party shall provide one another written Notice confirming the referral and identifying the name and title of the Executive who will represent the Party.
REBATES, KICKBACKS OR OTHER UNLAWFUL CONSIDERATION CONSULTANT warrants that this contract was not obtained or secured through rebates kickbacks or other unlawful consideration, either promised or paid to any LOCAL AGENCY employee. For breach or violation of this warranty, LOCAL AGENCY shall have the right in its discretion; to terminate the contract without liability; to pay only for the value of the work actually performed; or to deduct from the contract price; or otherwise recover the full amount of such rebate, kickback or other unlawful consideration.
Other Resources Participant shall be responsible for providing such other resources as may be reasonably necessary for connection with the implementation of the HIE, including but not limited to making available such Participant staff members as may be necessary for such purposes.
Rights Under Other Agreements Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, nothing herein shall be construed as relinquishing or foreclosing any rights, including but not limited to firm transmission rights, capacity rights, transmission congestion rights, or transmission credits, that the Interconnection Customer shall be entitled to, now or in the future, under any other agreement or tariff as a result of, or otherwise associated with, the transmission capacity, if any, created by the Network Upgrades, including the right to obtain cash reimbursements or transmission credits for transmission service that is not associated with the Small Generating Facility.

No Other Representations No representation, promise or inducement has been made by either party that is not embodied in this Agreement, and neither party shall be bound by or be liable for any alleged representation, promise or inducement not so set forth.
