A government-issued proof of identification (POI) displaying the Affiliate’s (or prospective Affiliate’s) photo, identity number, full name, date of birth, date of expiry. The POI must be a colour copy of your valid ID document (front & back), as needed. The POI can be one of the following:

4.2.1.1.2. National Identity Card;
4.2.1.1.3. Driving licence;
