For Project Co-Owners. The Vendors and the Developer have decided to provide several amenities and facilities and a social and recreational club within the Said Project (Said Club), intended for use of the Complex Co-Owners. It is clarified that the decision of the Developer as to what amenities and facilities shall be included in the Said Clubs shall be final and binding on the Purchaser.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement.
