Amenities and Facilities definition

Amenities and Facilities means and include but not limited to the shops, club house, swimming pool, tennis court, community shopping, school, etc in the Said Complex the ownership of which shall always vest with the Company and the Applicant(s) herein shall not have any claim or right of any nature whatsoever in shops, club house, swimming pool, tennis court, community shopping, school etc in the Said Complex.
Amenities and Facilities means such common areas, amenities and facilities situated within the Scheme for communal use by Owners and Residents;
Amenities and Facilities all such common amenities and facilities in the Project, including terraces, compound and common areas for the common use, benefit and enjoyment of the Members and all purchasers / owners of residential flats of the Developer Premises in the Project and annexed as Annexure 7.

Examples of Amenities and Facilities in a sentence

  • The L&DO/MoHUA shall develop the Complex in accordance with the said layout plans, Floor Plans and Specifications, Amenities and Facilities.

  • The Buyer has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Unit and accepted the Floor Plan, Payment Plan and the Specifications, Amenities and Facilities of the Unit and the Complex which has yet to be approved by the Competent Authority, as represented by the L&DO/MoHUA.

  • The maintenance and management of Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities will primarily include but not limited to maintenance of water works, common electrical installations, DG Sets, landscaping, driveways, parking areas, lobbies, lifts and staircases, AMCs etc.

  • The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, Specifications, Amenities and Facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, Payment Plan mentioned in Schedule-U and the Specifications mentioned in Schedule-Q Amenities and Facilities mentioned Schedule-R which has been approved by the Competent Authority, as represented by the Developer.

  • The Allottee is made aware that the occupants of Row House/Bungalows in other phases of the Complex shall also have complete and unhindered access to all Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities of the Project mutually.

  • The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the said Phase and the Phase Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities, as disclosed, and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee.


More Definitions of Amenities and Facilities

Amenities and Facilities means and include but not limited to the shops, club house, swimming pool, tennis court, community shopping, school, and any such amenity or facility either declared now, or proposed to be developed by the developer for the betterment of the project, etc in the Said Complex the ownership of which shall always vest with the Company and the Applicant(s) herein shall not have any claim or right of any nature whatsoever in shops, club house, swimming pool, tennis court, community shopping, school etc in the Said Complex.
Amenities and Facilities means the amenities and facilities which are more fully and particularly described in the Part B of the Fourth Schedule hereunder written;
Amenities and Facilities means and include but not limited to the shops, clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, school, etc. in the Said Complex the ownership of which shall always vest with the Project Developer and the Allottee(s) herein shall not have any claim or right of any nature whatsoever in shops, clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, school etc. in the Said Complex.
Amenities and Facilities means amenities and facilities situated within the Scheme, for communal use by Owners and Nominated Occupants, such as the Clubhouse, library, restaurants, hairdressing salon, Heritage Site and Health Care Centre;

Related to Amenities and Facilities

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.
