Amenities and Facilities means and include but not limited to the shops, club house, swimming pool, tennis court, community shopping, school, etc in the Said Complex the ownership of which shall always vest with the Company and the Applicant(s) herein shall not have any claim or right of any nature whatsoever in shops, club house, swimming pool, tennis court, community shopping, school etc in the Said Complex.

  • The L&DO/MoHUA shall develop the Complex in accordance with the said layout plans, Floor Plans and Specifications, Amenities and Facilities.

Related to Amenities and Facilities

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.
