Services Performance All services are performed using generally recognized commercial practices and standards. Customer agrees to provide prompt notice of any such service concerns and HP will re-perform any service that fails to meet this standard.
Location of Services Performed All services provided under this Contract and as requested in any Authorized User Agreement shall only be performed within the continental United States. Notwithstanding Appendix B, section 28 Modification of Contract Terms, there shall be no exceptions proposed by a Contractor or considered by an Authorized User under the resultant OGS Centralized Contract and Contract process. An Authorized User is expressly prohibited from granting any and all exceptions to this clause.
Rest and Meal Breaks 11.1 One 10 minute paid morning rest break and a 30 minute unpaid lunch break will be scheduled within ordinary daily hours. The lunch break must be taken no later than 6 hours after work starts.
Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
Services Contractor Agrees to Perform Contractor agrees to perform the Services provided for in Appendix A, “Scope of Services." Officers and employees of the City are not authorized to request, and the City is not required to reimburse the Contractor for, Services beyond the Scope of Services listed in Appendix A, unless Appendix A is modified as provided in Section 11.5, "Modification of this Agreement."
Supply of Services 3.1 In consideration of the amounts due under this Agreement, the Supplier shall, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this Agreement.
AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

For Services It is expected that, where services can be furnished by multiple sources (e.g. Contractor and/or Resellers), each source may offer different rates for the same service. Compensable Work-Related Injury or Illness Leave An employee who sustains a work-related illness or injury that is compensable under the state workers’ compensation law may select time-loss compensation exclusively or leave payments in addition to time-loss compensation. Employees who take sick leave, vacation leave or compensatory time during a period in which they receive time-loss compensation will receive full sick leave, vacation leave or compensatory time pay in addition to any time-loss payments. Notwithstanding Section 18.1, of Article 18, Leave Without Pay, the Employer may separate an employee in accordance with Article 31, Reasonable Accommodation and Disability Separation.
