For Services Requested On a Fixed Price Basis i. If the State requests Services to be provided on a Fixed Price Basis, upon receipt of AOC’s Project Manager’s Acceptance, Contractor shall invoice and the State shall compensate Contractor for the full fixed price specified in the Work Authorization.
ii. Provided that reimbursement for transportation, meals, and lodging expenses is authorized in a Work Authorization, the State shall reimburse the Contractor for actual and reasonable expenses incurred for necessary transportation, meals, lodging, and other travel-related expenses required for the Contractor’s employees who actually performed the Work authorized under the Work Authorization. Such travel expenses shall not exceed the Maximum Per Trip Amount set forth in the Work Authorization, if provided.
