The Company processes the Personal Data of the Data Subjects by means of manual and electronic tools, in order to: a) develop the negotiations and the execution of the Agreement between the Company and the Supplier; b) enforce and defend its rights, also in the context of debt collection procedures; c) fulfil the obligations arising from the applicable regulations, including the communications to the competent authorities d) and to the supervisory bodies, and comply with the requests coming from the same.
