Common use of Force Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Force Xxxxxx. Neither Party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance of his obligations under this Agreement which is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Parties e.g. emergency, war, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, nationalization, requisition, change of law and prohibitive governmental regulations.

Force Xxxxxx. Neither Party party shall be liable held responsible for any delay or failure or delay in performance of his obligations under any part of this Agreement which to the extent such delay or failure is caused by circumstances fire, flood, strike, civil, epidemic, pandemic, governmental or military authority, act of God, or other similar causes beyond its control and without the control fault or negligence of the Parties e.g. emergency, war, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military delayed or usurped power nonperforming party or confiscation, nationalization, requisition, change of law and prohibitive governmental regulationsits subcontractors.

Force Xxxxxx. Neither Party party shall be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of his obligations under all or part of this Agreement which is caused by Agreement, directly or indirectly, due to circumstances beyond the control its control, including, but not limited to, an act of God, acts of the Parties e.g. emergencyfederal or Florida government, pandemic, executive orders of a government official, epidemics, travel restrictions, health crises, quarantines, riots, war, civil warstrike, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military labor or usurped power or confiscation, nationalization, requisition, change of law and prohibitive governmental regulationsproduct shortages.
