Force Xxxxxx. Neither Party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance of his obligations under this Agreement which is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Parties e.g. emergency, war, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, nationalization, requisition, change of law and prohibitive governmental regulations.
