Forced Outage Rates. Until a Party submits a Forced Outage Rate for each unit of each of its Firm Resources, or if a Forced Outage Rate submitted by a Party pursuant to this paragraph 6(f)(5) is inconsistent with the Forced Outage Rate submitted for such unit pursuant to clause 8(b)(3)(A)(ii), Forced Outage Rates, the Coordinating Group shall, for purposes of this section 6, set the capacity of such unit equal to zero.
