FORCED PLACEMENT OF INSURANCE. If the Borrower fails to comply with the requirements of this Section, the Lender may, at its discretion, procure any required insurance. Any premiums paid for such insurance, or the allocable portion of any premium paid by the Lender under a blanket policy for such insurance, shall be a demand obligation under this Deed of Trust, and any unearned premiums under such insurance shall comprise Insurance Proceeds and therefore a portion of the Property.

FORCED PLACEMENT OF INSURANCE. Pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes Section 746.201, Lessor hereby provides Lessee with the following notice: "WARNING" Unless you provide us with evidence of the insurance coverage as required by our contract or loan agreement, we may purchase insurance at your expense to protect our interest. This insurance may, but need not, also protect your interest. If the collateral becomes damaged, the coverage we purchase may not pay any claim you make or any claim made against you. You may later cancel this coverage by providing evidence that you have obtained property coverage elsewhere. You are responsible for the cost of any insurance purchased by us. The cost of this insurance may be added to your contract or loan balance. If the cost is added to your contract or loan balance, the interest rate on the underlying contract or loan will apply to this added amount. The effective date of coverage may be the date your prior coverage lapsed or the date you failed to provide proof of coverage. The coverage that we purchase may be considerably more expensive than insurance you can obtain on your own and may not satisfy any need for property damage coverage or any mandatory liability insurance requirements imposed by applicable law. As used in the above notice, (i) "you" and "your" shall refer to Lessee, (ii) "we", "us" and "our" shall refer to Lessor, (iii) "contract or loan agreement" shall refer to the Participation Agreement, this Agreement and the other Operative Documents, (iv) "collateral" shall refer to the Property, (v) "contract or loan balance" shall refer to the Outstanding Lease Amount and (vi) "interest rate" shall refer to Rental Rate.

FORCED PLACEMENT OF INSURANCE. If the Borrower fails to comply with the requirements of this Section and such failure would result in the lapse, termination or expiration of the insurance required hereby, the Lender may, at its discretion, procure any required insurance; provided, however, for any other failure of Borrower to comply with the requirements of this Section, Lender shall not procure any required insurance unless Borrower has failed to cure such failure within thirty (30) days of written notice from Lender of such failure. Any premiums paid for such insurance, or the allocable portion of any premium paid by the Lender under a blanket policy for such insurance, shall be a demand obligation under this Deed of Trust, and any unearned premiums under such insurance shall comprise Insurance Proceeds and therefore a portion of the Property.

  • Period of Insurance Period of insurance means the period shown as such on the e-certificate and validation card, which time is taken as Greenwich Mean Time unless otherwise stated.

  • Cost of Insurance The cost of all insurance required herein to be secured and maintained by Engineer shall be borne solely by Engineer, with certificates of insurance evidencing such minimum coverage in force to be filed with County. No Mortgagor obtained a prepaid single-premium credit life, disability, accident or health insurance policy in connection with the origination of the Mortgage Loan. No proceeds from any Mortgage Loan were used to purchase single premium credit insurance policies as part of the origination of, or as a condition to closing, such Mortgage Loan;

  • Effect of Insurance Acceptance of the insurance required by this Agreement shall not relieve CONTRACTOR from liability under this provision. This provision shall apply to all claims for damages related to CONTRACTOR’s performance hereunder, regardless of whether any insurance is applicable or not. The insurance policy limits set forth herein shall not act as a limitation upon the amount of indemnification or defense to be provided hereunder.

  • Amount of Insurance Coverage shall be provided with a limit of not less than $1,000,000.

  • Certificate of Insurance Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance form to the City of Sparks to evidence the insurance policies and coverage required of Contractor.

  • Assignment of Insurance As additional security for the payment and performance of the Obligations, the Borrower hereby assigns to the Lender any and all monies (including, without limitation, proceeds of insurance and refunds of unearned premiums) due or to become due under, and all other rights of the Borrower with respect to, any and all policies of insurance now or at any time hereafter covering the Collateral or any evidence thereof or any business records or valuable papers pertaining thereto, and the Borrower hereby directs the issuer of any such policy to pay all such monies directly to the Lender. At any time, whether or not a Default Period then exists, the Lender may (but need not), in the Lender's name or in the Borrower's name, execute and deliver proof of claim, receive all such monies, endorse checks and other instruments representing payment of such monies, and adjust, litigate, compromise or release any claim against the issuer of any such policy.

  • Policies of Insurance At City’s request, the Artist shall provide City with the actual policies providing the coverage required above.

  • Termination of Insurance A. Your policy will lapse if you do not pay your premium when due. B. We may cancel your policy by mailing written notice to you at your most recent address in our records. We will send you this notice ten (10) days before we cancel your policy. C. You may cancel your policy at any time by notifying us in writing. D. We will refund unearned premiums on a prorated basis if either you or we cancel your policy.
