Forecast of the Annual Water Charge. The forecasted Annual Water Charge shall be calculated by multiplying the Take or Pay Volume (in 1,000-gallon increments) by 365 days and then by the Owner Water Rate. For example, if the Take or Pay Volume is thirty-four thousand nine hundred fifty (34,950) GPD, the Owner Water Rate is $2.51/1000 gallons, then the forecasted Annual Water Charge shall be $32,019.44.

  • Sick Leave Annual Cash Out ‌ Each January, employees are eligible to receive cash on a one (1) hour for four (4) hours basis for ninety-six (96) hours or less of their accrued sick leave, if: A. Their sick leave balance at the end of the previous calendar year exceeds four hundred and eighty (480) hours; B. The converted sick leave hours do not reduce their previous calendar year sick leave balance below four hundred and eighty (480) hours; and C. They notify their payroll office by January 31st that they would like to convert their sick leave hours earned during the previous calendar year, minus any sick leave hours used during the previous year, to cash. All converted hours will be deducted from the employee’s sick leave balance.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director - Marketing Services, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual.   • Monthly Management Fee Payment On the first business day of each month, each class of each Fund shall pay the management fee to the Investment Manager for the previous month. The fee for the previous month shall be the sum of the Daily Management Fee Calculations for each calendar day in the previous month.

  • OPTIONAL TWELVE-MONTH PAY PLAN 1. Where the Previous Collective Agreement does not contain a provision that allows an employee the option of receiving partial payment of annual salary in July and August, the following shall become and remain part of the Collective Agreement. 2. A continuing employee, or an employee hired to a temporary contract of employment no later than September 30 that extends to June 30, may elect to participate in an Optional Twelve-Month Pay Plan (the Plan) administered by the employer. 3. An employee hired after that date must inform the employer of their intention to participate in the Plan by September 30th. Interest to March 31 is calculated on the Plan and added to the individual employee’s accumulation in the Plan. 7. An employee’s accumulation in the Plan including their interest accumulation to March 31st shall be paid in equal installments on July 15 and August 15. 8. Interest earned by the Plan in the months of April through August shall be retained by the employer. 9. The employer shall inform employees of the Plan at the time of hire. 10. Nothing in this Article shall be taken to mean that an employee has any obligation to perform work beyond the regular school year.
