Water Rate definition

Water Rate means a combined fixed and volumetric rate based on water meter size.
Water Rate means the charge made for canal water, other than a water-due or canal advantage land-revenue rate.
Water Rate means the water rate fixed by the Minister under section 65C.

  • The Company Water Rate in each Fiscal Year of the Agreement shall be the sum of the Fixed Project Costs and Project Operation and Maintenance Expenses budgeted for production and delivery of AWT Water in such Fiscal Year, divided by the amount of AWT Water expected to be produced during such Fiscal Year.

Water Rate means the charge for which the authority agrees to supply water to an A.W.B or any other water user or an A.W.B to an F.O or to any other water user or an F.O. to its members, as the case may be.
