Water Rate definition

Water Rate means a combined fixed and volumetric rate based on water meter size.
Water Rate means the charge made for canal water, other than a water-due or canal advantage land-revenue rate.
Water Rate means the charge for which the authority agrees to supply water to an A.W.B or any other water user or an A.W.B to an F.O or to any other water user or an F.O. to its members, as the case may be.

  • Unless and until the CPUC approves a Company Water Rate in an amount greater than the Soft Cap, the Company shall only be required to pay an amount equal to the Soft Cap as the Company Water Rate.

  • For Company Water furnished to the Company under this Agreement, the Company shall pay Company Water Payments to the District on a monthly basis determined as the Company Water Rate multiplied by the quantity of Company Water delivered the previous month.

Water Rate means the water rate fixed by the Minister under section 65C. (2) For the purpose of determining the water consumption rate payable in respect of land for a financial year the volume of water supplied to the land in that financial year will be taken to be the volume of water supplied to the land in the consumption year that ends in that financial year.
