Forecasting and Order Process. 6.2.1 For Phase I no later than [***], and for Phase II no later than [***], unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, Client will provide to CBSW a forecast of Client's monthly requirements of commercial Product to be delivered under this Agreement during the [***] period starting with the Commencement Date. Client will provide an updated [***] rolling forecast no later than [***]. CBSW will notify Client if any portion of the forecast exceeds CBSW's production capacity. The quantities of Product set forth in the first [***] months contained in any such forecast will be firm and binding on both Parties, so long as CBSW has not previously notified Client that the forecast for such [***] month period exceeds CBSW's production capacity, subject to Section 6.2.
Forecasting and Order Process. A development and production timeline for delivery of Product will be jointly developed with CBSW and Clients. Commercially reasonable efforts on the part of the Parties will be made to deliver on the dates set forth in the Development Plan and Production Plan.
Forecasting and Order Process. Not later than ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of each calendar year during the Term, Genesis shall provide IGI with a non-binding full-year estimate of Genesis' yearly requirements for the Products, including a six (6) month rolling forecast for the Products, the first three months of which will be considered a firm and binding order. The forecast will be updated quarterly, on or before the l5th day of each calendar quarter. Each three month forecast, as updated each calendar quarter beginning with the forecast for the first three months, shall be considered a firm and binding order (an "Order").
Forecasting and Order Process. The parties agree to meet quarterly to cover relationship issues, prices and manufacturing costs and projected demand for Products to be purchased on a rolling twelve (12) month period. Not later than ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of each calendar year during the Term, Customer shall provide Supplier with a non-binding full-year estimate of Customer’s yearly requirements for the Products, including a six (6) month rolling forecast for the Products. The forecast will be updated quarterly, on or before the l5th day of each calendar quarter. Such quarterly forecast shall be delivered in connection with strategic planning meetings between the parties.
