Binding Order. The Order will become binding upon Client at the earliest of the following:(i) the date the Equipment is shipped to Client; (ii) the date Client executes the Order, or (iii) the date on which PBI receives the first installment payment if the Equipment is to be paid for in installments. After the date the Order has become binding upon Client, there will be no refund of any deposit made by Client to PBI.
Binding Order. During the validity period of the binding quote, Customer may submit a binding order for the selected ngena Services via the Portal or by other means agreed by the Parties.

3.4. The Buyers acknowledges that any order placed through the portal on its behalf is deemed to have been placed by a duly authorized person to place such order.
Binding Order. The Order shall become binding upon Customer on, as applicable, (i) the Shipment Date or (ii) with respect to any Lockers paid for in more than one installment payment, the date on which Pitney Xxxxx receives the first installment payment. To the extent Customer has paid a deposit in respect of the Order, such deposit shall become non-refundable once the Order is binding upon Customer.

Save as otherwise restricted by law, such death and notice will not affect Xxxxxxxx’x right to take any action which it could have taken if I had not died
