Foreign Addresses. If the Creditor Agency provides a foreign address for a Debtor, it is appropriate to send notices for all purposes to that address.
Foreign Addresses. The Agent will mail Subscription Documents to Holders whose addresses are outside the United States or who have an Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office address as provided in Section 5.2 above.
Foreign Addresses. If the Creditor Agency provides to Fiscal Service a foreign address for a Debtor, it has determined that it is appropriate to send any and all communications to that address, including due process notifications.
Foreign Addresses. Subscription Documents will not be mailed to Holders having a registered address outside the United States, or to those Holders having APO or FPO addresses. The Subscription Rights to which such Subscription Certificates relate will be held by the Agent for such Holders, accounts until instructions are received to exercise the Subscription Rights.
