FOREIGN EXCHANGE ARRANGEMENTS. The Beneficiary undertakes to authorise the import or purchase of the foreign currency necessary for the implementation of the project. It also undertakes to apply its national foreign exchange regulations in a non-discriminatory manner to the contractors allowed to participate referred to in Article 10 of these General Conditions. Where a Framework Agreement is applicable, which includes more detailed provisions on this subject, these provisions shall apply as well.
