Foreign Exchange Service. Foreign exchange service provides for the extension of dial tone from one telephone exchange area to a County facility in another telephone exchange area. Contractor shall provide the local loop, inter/intra exchange facilities, and exchange switching services to provide foreign exchange service. Service is only available within Contractor’s franchise territory.

Foreign Exchange Service. OnPay provides foreign exchange service. Each foreign exchange transaction is a separate contract between you and us. The funds held on your behalf can be converted into selected available currencies for payment or withdrawal to your bank account, respectively. Any foreign exchange transaction order (buy or sell) can only be made by you through your OnPay account. We will confirm the key details via email, SMS or message from your OnPay account, including the amount of the currency bought and sold, the quoted exchange rate and any Related fees or transmission costs. You must accept all the provided terms through your OnPay account, and you can only use the funds available in your account for any foreign exchange transactions. When you request currency conversion, we will notify you of the exchange rate. When we refer to the exchange rate in this agreement, we mean the OnPay exchange rate from various sources and related to the currency pair selected at the time of the conversion request (for example, the British pound to the euro, the U.S. dollar to the Australian dollar). We may change our reference exchange rate provider from time to time without notice. At any time, OnPay does not support foreign exchange transactions for investment or speculative purposes, such as trying to profit from exchange rate fluctuations. If this is your intention, you must inform us. If we have reason to believe that you use any foreign exchange transactions for investment or speculative purposes, we may refuse to correspond to you and/or suspend access to or close your OnPay account without prior notice. OnPay is not obligated to accept your instructions to conduct foreign exchange transactions, and reserves the right to refuse specific foreign exchange transactions with you. Accepting our offer does not automatically guarantee that we have accepted the exchange. Only confirmation emails or messages are allowed. Once the redemption request is initiated and confirmed through your online OnPay account, if we have already sent you a confirmation email or message and started the redemption process, it cannot be cancelled.
