Switching Services. If a Kansas Train entering the trackage right granted in this Section 5.7(c) at Mariscala (at Line A KP 263+922) includes Cars destined to more than one industry and/or User located within the Guadalajara Access Zone, or if Kansas notifies Ferromex that Kansas wishes to move Cars tendered for rail movement at more than one industry and/or User located within the Guadalajara Access Zone to exit this trackage right at Mariscala (at Line A KP 263+922) using a single Kansas Train, Ferromex shall provide switching services to Kansas to deliver the Cars to or to pick up the Cars from more than one industry and/or User located within the Guadalajara Access Zone, and shall Interchange such Cars with Kansas at the Guadalajara Terminal on the tracks designated by the Ferromex train dispatcher from time to time. Said switching services shall be provided under the terms of and through payment of the rate referred to, in Clause Seven below.

Switching Services. Accordingly, for the period beginning on the date that is six (6) months following the Closing Date and ending four (4) years thereafter (the “Services Period”), Buyer shall provide outsourced EDI message switching services (the “Switching Services”) to the Seller Customers, on behalf of Seller. Buyer acknowledges that the hardware accessible by Buyer under Section 16 is an integral part of the Switching Services to be provided by Buyer to the Seller Customers. Buyer shall provide the Switching Services at a level and in a manner that is substantially similar in all material respects to the level and manner in which such services have been provided during the twelve (12) month period prior to the Closing Date, including, without limitation, using substantially the same priority, degree of care and diligence used to provide such services during such period and which, at a minimum, shall be the same priority, degree of care and diligence used to provide such services to Buyer’s own customers, as further described under the Service Level Agreement attached hereto as Schedule 17(a). Buyer shall ensure that it has reasonable standard procedures in place designed to help prevent worms, time bombs or other similar disabling or harmful code (“Viruses”) from being introduced into Buyer’s and Seller’s systems used to provide the Switching Services. In the event a Virus is found to have been introduced into the systems used to provide the Switching Services, Buyer shall use commercially reasonable efforts, at its own expense, to remove the Virus from its portions of the systems or infrastructure affected by the Virus. At all times during the Services Period, and any extension thereof, Buyer shall ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment and systems owned or utilized by Buyer to provide the Switching Services.
Switching Services. Until December 31, 2000, Sprint PCS will provide switching services and backhaul to IWO from Sprint PCS' Boston switch at a service level equivalent to that maintained by Sprint PCS in its owned markets. On the 10th day of each calendar month from February, 2000 through January, 2001, IWO will pay Sprint PCS a monthly fee of $[***] for switching and backhaul services provided during the preceding month. If IWO requests that switching services and backhaul continue beyond December 31, 2000, the parties will renegotiate the pricing of such services.
Switching Services. BJRY shall perform, or arrange to have performed by qualified contractors, Switching Services to and from all CIR track as set forth below and shall further comply with all obligations, responsibilities and covenants related to the City’s common carrier obligations to provide inbound and outbound rail switching from Connecting Carriers to and from Line Industries and track upgrade, maintenance and repair services related thereto, for compensation as set forth in herein and in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, as follows:

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Dining Services The Contract is for a space in a University Housing & Dining Services (“UHDS”) facility and not for a particular room or type of housing. By signing this Contract, you agree to accept your residence assignment, and understand this assignment may change. Once you receive a key to your assigned residence or move personal belongings into your room (whichever comes first) you are considered to have taken occupancy (“Occupancy”) and will incur charges. You also agree to familiarize yourself and comply with all University policies governing occupancy, including those set forth in this Contract and in the UHDS publication Student Policy and Information Guide, to be considerate of other residents and to respect the rights of others at all times. The Student Policy and Information Guide may be found at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxx/policy-guide, as well as in paper form when requested at the University Housing & Dining Services Administrative Offices.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. At the time of, or prior to, our recommendation to you we will discuss our on-going service proposition.   • Billing Services 6 SECTION 3.01.

  • Voice Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.000 to $0.000 for the following Voice Services: Domestic Voice Service: Domestic Outbound Voice Service, including Calling Card and Domestic Inbound Voice Service based on origination and termination type. Data Services:

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.
