Common use of Foreign Plan Clause in Contracts

Foreign Plan. “Foreign Plan” shall mean any: (a) plan, program, policy, practice, Contract or other arrangement of any Acquired Corporation mandated by a Governmental Body outside the United States; (b) Company Employee Plan that is subject to any of the Legal Requirements of any jurisdiction outside the United States; or (c) Company Employee Plan that covers or has covered any Company Associate whose services are or have been performed primarily outside the United States.

Foreign Plan. “Foreign Plan” shall mean anymean: (a) any plan, program, policy, practice, Contract or other arrangement of any Acquired Corporation mandated by a Governmental Body outside the United States; (b) Company any Acquired Corporation Employee Plan that is subject to any of the Legal Requirements of any jurisdiction outside the United States; or and (c) Company any Acquired Corporation Employee Plan that covers or has covered any Company Associate Acquired Corporation Employee whose services are or have been performed primarily outside of the United States.

Foreign Plan. “Foreign Plan” shall mean anyany Company Employee Plan: (a) plan, program, policy, practice, Contract or other arrangement of any Acquired Corporation that is mandated by a Governmental Body outside the United StatesStates and to which any of the Acquired Corporations is required to contribute; (b) under which any of the Acquired Corporations has any liability in respect of any current or former Company Employee Plan Associates whose services are or have been performed primarily outside of the United States; or (c) that is subject to any of the Legal Requirements of any jurisdiction outside the United States; or (c) Company Employee Plan that covers or has covered any Company Associate whose services are or have been performed primarily outside the United States.
