Foreign Terrorist Organization. For purposes of Subchapter F of Chapter 2252 of the Texas Government Code, that at the time of execution of this Agreement, the Bank hereby represents and warrants that as a “Company”, as defined in Section 808.001, Texas Government Code, the Bank, or any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company or affiliate of the Bank, (i) does not engage in business with Iran, Sudan or any foreign terrorist organization as described in Chapters 808 of the Texas Government Code, or Subchapter F of Chapter 2252 of the Texas Government Code, and (ii) is not a company listed by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts under Sections 2270.0201 or 2252.153 of the Texas Government Code. The term “foreign terrorist organization” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2252.151, Texas Government Code. The Bank understands “affiliate” to mean any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Bank and exists to make a profit.
Foreign Terrorist Organization. Service Provider represents and warrants that it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization, as prohibited by Section 2252.152 of the Texas Government Code.

As of the date hereof, the Trustee represents and warrants, to the extent this Indenture constitutes a governmental contract within the meaning of Section 2252.151 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, solely for purposes of compliance with Chapter 2252 of the Texas Government Code, and except to the extent otherwise required by applicable Federal law, neither the Trustee nor any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company or affiliate of the Trustee is a company listed by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts under Sections 2270.0201 or 2252.153 of the Texas Government Code as noted on a list made available through the following link: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/purchasing/publications/divestment.php. For purposes of this Section, the Trustee understands “affiliate” to mean any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Trustee and exists to make a profit.

Contractor represents that (1) (a) it does not engage in business with Iran, Sudan, or any foreign terrorist organization and (b) it is not listed by the Texas Comptroller under Section 2252.153, Texas Government Code, as a company known to have contracts with or provide supplies or services to a foreign terrorist organization, or (2) the United States government has affirmatively declared Bidder/Proposer/Contractor to be excluded from its federal sanctions regimes relating to Sudan, Iran, or any foreign terrorist organization. As used in the immediately preceding sentence, “foreign terrorist organization” shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2252.151, Texas Government Code.

For purposes of Subchapter F of Chapter 2252 of the Texas Government Code, that at the time of execution of this Agreement, the Escrow Agent hereby represents and warrants that as a “Company”, as defined in Section 808.001, Texas Government Code, the Escrow Agent, or any wholly owned subsidiary, majority- owned subsidiary, parent company or affiliate of the Escrow Agent, (i) does not engage in business with Iran, Sudan or any foreign terrorist organization as described in Chapter 808 of the Texas Government Code, or Subchapter F of Chapter 2252 of the Texas Government Code, and
Foreign Terrorist Organization. The City certifies that it will not enter into a contract with any contractor or subcontractor that is engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization, as prohibited by Texas Government Code § 2252.152.
Foreign Terrorist Organization. Vendor by acceptance of this PO verifies that it is not a foreign terrorist organization identified on the lists prepared and maintained by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. If vendors has misrepresented its inclusion in the Comptroller’s list, such omission or misrepresentation voids this Agreement.
