Forensic Evidence Technician rules regarding CTO. For Forensic Evidence Technicians the method of compensation shall be determined by the appointing authority after consulting the affected employee, except that Forensic Evidence Technicians shall be allowed to accumulate up to one hundred sixty (160) hours of compensatory time off, after which maximum all overtime shall be paid in cash.
