Form and Accuracy. All payment orders must be provided to us, which may be required to be in a form prescribed by us, presented either in-person, or by phone or facsimile to the number approved by the Bank. If you will communicate payment orders using our online banking services, all payment orders must also be consistent with our separate agreements. You assume the sole responsibility for providing us with accurate transaction information in the form and format that we require. We are not responsible for confirming such information, or for failing to detect and reject duplicate payment orders. If you provide us with a payment order that is incorrect in any way, you agree that we may charge your accounts for the transaction whether or not the error could have been detected by us. We are not obligated to detect errors in your transfer or payment instructions. Inconsistent Information. We advise you that any receiving financial institution (including us) of a payment order is entitled to rely on any account or bank number you have provided even though that account or bank number may identify a party different from the person or entity you have described by name in any transfer order.
