Form and Time of Elections. Unless otherwise specified herein, each election required or permitted to be made by any Participant or other person entitled to benefits under the Plan, and any permitted modification, or revocation thereof, shall be in writing filed with the Committee at such times, in such form, and subject to such restrictions and limitations, not inconsistent with the terms of the Plan, as the Committee shall require.

Form and Time of Elections. Except as otherwise provided by the Administration Committee, any election or consent permitted or required to be made under the Plan, and any permitted modification or revocation thereof, shall be made in writing or other manner permitted by the Administration Committee and at such time as the Administration Committee may require. The Administration Committee may permit or require that some or all transactions be effected through a telephone, internet or other electronic system utilizing a personal identification number (“PIN”) or password, the use of which shall constitute a valid signature for purposes of any transaction for which use of such system is authorized or required by the Administration Committee, as long as such telephone, internet or other electronic system complies with Treas. Reg. §1.401(a)-21.

  • Claims Subject to Elective Arbitration 13.6.2.1 Claims will be subject to elective arbitration pursuant to Section 13.7 below, if, and only if, the claim is not settled through informal Dispute Resolution and both Parties agree to arbitration.   • Labor Code Notice 2.6.1 All A-E and subcontractors must comply with the requirements of California Labor Code 1770 et seq. if the work performed is considered a “public works” under California Labor Code 1720 et seq. A-E is encouraged to contact the California Department of Industrial Relations for clarification if the A-E is unsure if some or any of the work performed under this CONTRACT qualifies as “public works”.

  • Release of Claims Under Age Discrimination in Employment Act Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Executive agrees that by executing this Release, he has released and waived any and all claims he has or may have as of the date of this Release for age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq. It is understood that Executive is advised to consult with an attorney prior to executing this Release; that he in fact has consulted a knowledgeable, competent attorney regarding this Release; that he may, before executing this Release, consider this Release for a period of twenty-one (21) calendar days; and that the consideration he receives for this Release is in addition to amounts to which he was already entitled.   • Certification of Meeting or Exceeding Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy Minimum Standards A. Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of: i. Prohibiting the use of all forms of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, water pipes (hookah), bidis, kreteks, electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco; ii. Designating the property to which this Policy applies as a "designated area,” which must at least comprise all buildings and structures where activities funded under this Grant Agreement are taking place, as well as Grantee owned, leased, or controlled sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, and attached parking structures immediately adjacent to this designated area; iii. Applying to all employees and visitors in this designated area; and iv. Providing for or referring its employees to tobacco use cessation services. B. If Grantee cannot meet these minimum standards, it must obtain a waiver from the System Agency.
