Administration Committee. The Committee, in its discretion, may delegate its administrative duties and responsibilities to one or more Administration Committees each consisting of three or more persons, who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Committee and one or more of whom may also be members of such Committee. Vacancies in the Administration Committee shall be filled by the Committee but the Administration Committee may act, notwithstanding any vacancies, so long as there are at least two members of such Committee. The members of an Administration Committee shall serve without compensation for their services as such, but shall be reimbursed by the Company for all necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties.

Administration Committee. Representatives of the Union shall be permitted to meet with the Administration Committee of the County Board annually to discuss the insurance program and costs of such insurance program.
Administration Committee. The parties shall establish a joint C.E.A. and Administration Committee to review and develop the strategy for maintaining and upgrading professional standards consistent with monitoring guidelines. Inasmuch as confidential information such as staff attendance may be discussed, strict compliance with all statutory and contractual protections is mandatory. In addition, the Administration Committee shall: (a) specify, review and revise, as necessary from time to time, suitable operating and accounting procedures to implement the terms of this Agreement and reevaluate, as appropriate from time to time, the security and credit requirements contained in this Article III; (b) use its good faith best efforts to resolve disputes and other matters arising under this Agreement, including payment disputes and matters relating to marketing statements on DLC's retail customers' bills, consistent with terms of Article X of this Agreement; (c) exercise authority as to each Party to make decisions regarding this Agreement; (d) perform such other duties as the Parties may determine from time to time; (e) in its discretion, establish one or more subcommittees to perform any of its functions hereunder; (f) make and maintain a written record of its actions; (g) inform the Parties, in writing, as to matters that the Administration Committee cannot resolve, together with any recommendations, if appropriate. Administration Committee. Each partner will nominate an Administrative Manager whose role will be to supervise the administrative work within his company and who is duly empowered to make all necessary decisions on behalf of his organization. During the project the tasks of the Administrative Managers will comprise : - ensuring that all necessary contractual and cost information is supplied in a timely manner (once every six months) to the Project Manager, - making all resources and facilities required for the project available, - attending meetings of the Administrative Board, - participating in contractual negotiations on behalf of the organization he represents, - serving as a contact for any project administrative matters that relate to her organization. Furthermore, each partner will choose an Exploitation Manager. The Project Manager, the Exploitation Managers, or the Administrative Managers in those organizations that have not appointed a specific Exploitation Manager, form the Exploitation Committee. The Exploitation Board supervises product development, dissemination and marketing efforts to keep them in line with the market requirements. It observes the market situation and recommends actions to be taken by the consortium to ensure maximum market impact. Exploitation Managers agree on terms for project collaboration (consortium agreement) and exploitation (exploitation agreement), specifying the IPR and licensing rights involved and how these will be protected/rewarded.
Administration Committee. To carry out the purposes of this Agreement, a two- person committee is hereby created to administer this Agreement (“Committee”). The Committee shall consist of the Commission Chair of the District and the RFA Fire Chief, or their designees. The Committee shall meet on a regular basis as determined by the Committee and no less than one (1) time per year to discuss the performance of the obligations of the District and the RFA pursuant to this Agreement. Either member of the Committee may call meetings as deemed appropriate. The Committee may recommend amendments to the Exhibits to this Agreement. Administration Committee. The Administration Committee shall have the responsibility and authority to control the operation and administration of the Plan in accordance with the terms of the Plan and Trust Agreement, except with respect to duties and responsibilities specifically allocated to other fiduciaries. The Administration Committee shall have the authority to issue written directions to the Trustee to the extent provided in the Trust Agreement. The Trustee shall follow the Administration Committee's directions unless it is clear that the actions to be taken under those directions would be violations of applicable fiduciary standards or would be contrary to the terms of the Plan or Trust Agreement.
