FORM OF BID. 10.1. Bidder must fully complete and submit all Contract Documents and provide all required information as set forth in herein. 10.2. The Bid shall be properly signed by an authorized representative of the Bidder and shall be verified by the written oath of the authorized representative who signed the Bid that the several matters stated and information furnished therein are in all aspects true. 10.3. A materially false statement willfully or fraudulently made in connection with the Bid or any of the forms completed and submitted with the Bid may result in the termination of any contract between the City and the Bidder. As a result, the Bidder may be barred from participating in future City contracts as well as be subject to possible criminal prosecution. 10.4. Where applicable and upon request, the Bidder shall provide all information required of Section 312 of the City Charter.
