Auction Schedule; Method of Submission of Orders (a) The Funds and the Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions for each series of Preferred Shares in accordance with the schedule set forth below. Such schedule may be changed at any time by the Auction Agent with the consent of the Fund, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably. The Auction Agent shall give notice of any such change to BD. Such notice shall be received prior to the first Auction Date on which any such change shall be effective. Time Event ---- ----- By 9:30 A.M. Auction Agent advises the Funds and the Broker-Dealers of the Maximum Rate as set forth in Section 3.2(a) hereof.
Form of Use Each Licensee agrees to use the Marks only in the form and manner and with appropriate legends as prescribed from time to time by Licensor, and not to use any other trademark or service xxxx in combination with any of the Marks without prior written approval of Licensor.
Selection of Subcontractors Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment: The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors, suppliers, and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract.
b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.
Use of sub-processors (a) The data importer has the data exporter’s general authorisation for the engagement of sub- processor(s) from an agreed list. The data importer shall specifically inform the data exporter in writing of any intended changes to that list through the addition or replacement of sub- processors at least within ten (10) days in advance, thereby giving the data exporter sufficient time to be able to object to such changes prior to the engagement of the sub-processor(s). The data importer shall provide the data exporter with the information necessary to enable the data exporter to exercise its right to object.
(b) Where the data importer engages a sub-processor to carry out specific processing activities (on behalf of the data exporter), it shall do so by way of a written contract that provides for, in substance, the same data protection obligations as those binding the data importer under these Clauses, including in terms of third-party beneficiary rights for data subjects. The Parties agree that, by complying with this Clause, the data importer fulfils its obligations under Clause 8.
Form of Agreement If a vendor submitting an Proposal requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal. In response to submitted supplemental Vendor Agreement documents, TIPS will review proposed vendor Agreement documents. Supplemental Vendor’s Agreement documents shall not become part of TIPS’s Agreement with vendor unless and until an authorized representative of TIPS reviews and approves it.
Timeliness of Submitting Orders You are obliged to date and indicate the time of receipt of all orders you receive from your customers and to transmit promptly all orders to us in time to provide for processing at the price next determined after receipt by you, in accordance with the Prospectuses. You are not to withhold placing with us orders received from any customers for the purchase of shares. You shall not purchase shares through us except for the purpose of covering purchase orders already received by you, or for your bona fide investment.
Use of Subcontractors Nothing in this Appendix 2 shall prevent the Interconnection Parties from utilizing the services of subcontractors as they deem appropriate to perform their respective obligations hereunder, provided, however, that each Interconnection Party shall require its subcontractors to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of this Appendix 2 in providing such services.

Form of Instructions Instructions to restrict or prohibit trading must include the TIN, ITIN, or GII, if known, and the specific restriction(s) to be executed. If the TIN, ITIN, or GII is not known, the instructions must include an equivalent identifying number of the Shareholder(s) or account(s) or other agreed upon information to which the instruction relates.
Form of insurance The form of the insurance shall be approved by the Director and the City Attorney; such approval (or lack thereof) shall never:
(i) excuse non-compliance with the terms of this Section; or (ii) waive or estop the City from asserting its rights to terminate this Agreement. The policy issuer shall: (i) have a Certificate of Authority to transact insurance business in Texas; or (ii) be an eligible non-admitted insurer in the State of Texas and have a Best’s rating of at least B+, and a Best’s Financial Size Category of Class VI or better, according to the most current Best’s Key Rating Guide.
