Form of the New Notes. The New Notes and the Trustee’s certificate of authentication shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto. The New Notes shall be executed on behalf of each Issuer by an Officer and authenticated by the Trustee pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Indenture.
Form of the New Notes. The New Notes shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto and shall be executed by an Officer of the Company and authenticated by the Trustee pursuant to Section 303 of the Indenture.
