Formal Meeting Regarding Potential Action. Within no more than ten (10) days following the delivery by SPONSOR of the Response to Notice of Cause, the parties shall meet to (i) review and discuss the Response to Notice of Cause and the proposal for cure and time table for cure set forth therein and (ii) develop an action plan to address the issues raised in the Notice of Cause. In addition, the parties shall agree to a timetable for correcting such issues and to a rubric for determining successful completion of the agreed corrective actions(s) to such issues. In the event the parties are unable to agree to a timetable and rubric, AUTHORIZER may proceed to take other actions under this Exhibit and this Agreement, and under the Tennessee Public Charter Schools Act of 2002, as amended.
