Informal Meetings. The Engineer shall provide technical assistance, preparation of exhibits for, and minutes of informal meetings requested by the public to discuss the pending impacts to neighborhoods and businesses due to roadway shutdowns, detours and access restrictions or as deemed necessary. This is not to be confused with the formal public meetings held during the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process during schematic approval for Public Involvement. It is not anticipated that the Engineer’s participation will be needed for the NEPA process. Assistance (exhibits, attendance, etc.) may be required for a formal public meeting/hearing associated with schematic approval work.

Disputing Parties shall hold at least two informal meetings to resolve the dispute, commencing within 20 days after the Dispute Initiation Notice, and concluding within 45 days of the Dispute Initiation Notice unless extended upon mutual agreement of the Disputing Parties. Informal Meetings. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude informal meetings between representatives of the Association and the administration in efforts to promote smooth school operation.
Informal Meetings. 9.5.2.1. Where major Occurrences endangering human life, or where major damage is done to assets or the environment, delegated members of the relevant Operators shall meet to determine the causes of action, and to generally manage and conduct the necessary investigation process.

46.3 The Village Manager may represent the Trust at such meetings.
46.4 A quorum for any such meeting will be 25% of residents in the Village.
46.5 You agree to be bound and adhere to any decision or resolution passed by a majority of residents at a meeting called under this clause.
