Formal Presentation. 1. When the grievance concerns a matter which is within the authority of the Xxxx to whose college the faculty member is assigned (and is not within the authority of the Department Chairperson) it shall first be presented to the Xxxx, except as provided below in Section (5). The Xxxx shall communicate the Xxxx’x written decision to all persons concerned as promptly as possible but not later than seven (7) school days after presentation of the grievance.
