Common use of Formal Presentation Clause in Contracts

Formal Presentation. The formal presentation of a grievance shall be written and shall state the circumstances over which the grievant claims to be aggrieved, how the meaning, interpretation, application or enforcement of this Memorandum of Understanding is affecting him/her to his/her detriment, and the redress he/she seeks.

Formal Presentation.
