Format, and Quantities. See ITO Exhibit 2 for Proposal format. Proposals should not exceed 50 pages. Offerors shall provide one (1) original and three (3) hard copies of the proposal and appendices thereto. All hard copies shall be provided in loose-leaf, 3-ring binders, with the three appendices placed in the same binder. The binder that contains the original signed copy shall be marked as “Original – Copy 1 of 4” on the cover. Each copy shall be marked in sequence as “Copy 2 of 4,” “Copy 3 of 4,” etc. Proposals are to be written in English, minimum 12-point font, and printed on 8-1/2” x 11” paper; any larger sheets should be folded to that size. Pages are to be consecutively numbered. Offerors shall also provide (a) an unredacted electronic copy and (b) a redacted electronic copy of the proposal in “pdf” searchable format on a USB flash drive, CD, or DVD.

  • STANDARDS AND QUALITY The Supplier shall at all times during the Contract Period ensure that the Services are delivered in accordance with: the Digital Service Design Manual (and the Supplier shall comply with the processes and procedures set out therein); the Standards; the KPIs; the Methodology; the applicable SOW; and all other applicable provisions of this Contract.

  • ESTIMATED QUANTITIES 1.1 The quantities set forth in the line items and specification document are approximate and represent the estimated requirements for the contract period.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.

  • Quantities The estimated quantities provided by the City are not guaranteed. These quantities are listed for informational purposes only. Quantities vary depending on the demands of the City. Any variations from the estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in the unit price or any additional compensation.

  • MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY The State makes no commitment to purchase any minimum or maximum quantity, or dollar volume of products from the selected suppliers. Utilization of this agreement will be on an as needed basis by State Agencies and/or Cooperative Participants, Cities, Counties, Schools K-12, Colleges and Universities. The State will award to multiple suppliers; however, the State reserves the right to purchase like and similar products from other suppliers as necessary to meet operational requirements. Note: Issuance of an award does not guarantee an order.
