STANDARDS AND QUALITY. The Supplier shall at all times during the Contract Period ensure that the Services are delivered in accordance with: the Digital Service Design Manual (and the Supplier shall comply with the processes and procedures set out therein); the Standards; the KPIs; the Methodology; the applicable SOW; and all other applicable provisions of this Contract.

STANDARDS AND QUALITY. The Supplier shall at all times during the Call Off Contract Period comply with the Standards and where applicable shall maintain accreditation with the relevant Standards' authorisation body. To the extent that the standard to which the Goods and/or Services must be provided has not been specified in this Call Off Contract, the Supplier shall agree the relevant standard for the provision of the Goods and/or Services with the Customer prior to the commencement of the supply of the Goods and/or Services and, in any event, the Supplier shall perform its obligations under this Call Off Contract in accordance with the Law and Good Industry Practice. The Supplier shall ensure that the Staff shall at all times during the Call Off Contract Period: faithfully and diligently perform those duties and exercise such powers as necessary in connection with the provision of the Goods and/or Services; obey all lawful instructions and reasonable directions of the Customer and provide the Goods and/or Services to the reasonable satisfaction of the Customer; and apply all due skill, care, diligence and are appropriately experienced, qualified and trained to supply the Goods and/or Services in accordance with this Call Off Contract. The Supplier shall ensure at all times during the Call Off Contract Period that it: supplies the Goods and/or Services in conformity with the specification(s) in Framework Schedule 1 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators), the Order Form, the Purchase Order and in accordance with all applicable Laws including but not limited to, as applicable, any obligation under sections 12, 13 and 14 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (in respect of any Goods) and section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (in respect of any Goods and/or Services) which are implied into this Call Off Contract; supplies the Goods and/or Services in accordance with the Tender or, where the Customer has entered into this Call Off Contract following a Further Competition Procedure, in accordance with the Supplier Call Off Solution.

Throughout the Call Off Contract Period, the Parties shall notify each other of any new or emergent standards which could affect the Supplier’s provision, or the receipt by the Customer, of the Goods and/or Services. The adoption of any such new or emergent standard, or changes to existing Standards (including any specified in the Call Off Order Form), shall be agreed in accordance with the Variation Procedure. Where a new or emergent standard is to be developed or introduced by the Customer, the Supplier shall be responsible for ensuring that the potential impact on the Supplier’s provision, or the Customer’s receipt of the Goods and/or Services is explained to the Customer (within a reasonable timeframe), prior to the implementation of the new or emergent Standard. Where Standards referenced conflict with each other or with best professional or industry practice adopted after the Call Off Commencement Date, then the later Standard or best practice shall be adopted by the Supplier. Any such alteration to any Standard or Standards shall require Approval (and the written consent of the Customer where the relevant Standard or Standards is/are included in Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators) and shall be implemented within an agreed timescale. Where a standard, policy or document is referred to by reference to a hyperlink, then if the hyperlink is changed or no longer provides access to the relevant standard, policy or document, the Supplier shall notify the Customer and the Parties shall agree the impact of such change.

STANDARDS AND QUALITY. 14.1 The Supplier will comply with any standards in this Call-Off Contract, the Order Form and the Framework Agreement. 14.2 The Supplier will deliver the Services in a way that enables the Buyer to comply with its obligations under the Technology Code of Practice, which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/government/publications/technology-code-of-practice/technology- code-of-practice 14.3 If requested by the Buyer, the Supplier must, at its own cost, ensure that the G-Cloud Services comply with the requirements in the PSN Code of Practice. 14.4 If any PSN Services are Subcontracted by the Supplier, the Supplier must ensure that the services have the relevant PSN compliance certification. 14.5 The Supplier must immediately disconnect its G-Cloud Services from the PSN if the PSN Authority considers there is a risk to the PSN’s security and the Supplier agrees that the Buyer and the PSN Authority will not be liable for any actions, damages, costs, and any other Supplier liabilities which may arise.
