Formation; Articles. The Members hereby form a limited liability company pursuant to the Act. The Members shall from time to time execute or cause to be executed all such articles or other documents or cause to be done all such filing, recording, publishing, or other acts as may be necessary or appropriate to comply with the requirements for the formation and the operation of a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Connecticut and all other jurisdictions in which the Company may conduct business.
