Former Employees of the City of Delta. (a) Subject to the provisions of paragraph (b) and (c) below, it is agreed by the parties that an employee of the City of Delta represented by C.U.P.E. Local 454 shall have no special status in the event such employee applies for employment with the Delta Police Board or is hired by the Board.
