Former Employees of the Delta Police Board. (a) Subject to the provisions of paragraph (b) and (c) below, it is agreed by the parties that a civilian employee of the Delta Police Board represented by C.U.P.E. Local 454 shall have no special status in the event such employee applies for employment with the City or is hired by the City.
