Former Employment/Engagements. I represent and warrant to Premier that: (a) as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, I am not working for or engaged by any other person or entity as an employee, independent contractor or consultant; and (b) I have provided Premier with a copy of any and all agreements with third parties that may limit or attempt to limit my right to be employed by Premier or its Related Companies (as defined in Section 6.2), to perform any activities for Premier or a Related Company, or to disclose to Premier or a Related Company any ideas, inventions, discoveries or other information.
