Common use of Forms Clause in Contracts

Forms. Each Tax Indemnitee agrees to furnish from time to time to Owner or Mortgagee or to such other person as Owner or Mortgagee may designate, at Owner's or Mortgagee's request, such duly executed and properly completed forms as may be necessary or appropriate in order to claim any reduction of or exemption from any withholding or other Tax imposed by any Taxing Authority, if (x) such reduction or exemption is available to such Tax Indemnitee and (y) Owner has provided such Tax Indemnitee with any information necessary to complete such form not otherwise reasonably available to such Tax Indemnitee.
