Trainings. Union representatives and stewards shall be allowed reasonable work time to complete assignments that have been assigned by the Labor Management Committee. The employee's supervisor shall approve when the time can be taken. Release hours will not exceed the employee's normally scheduled workday. Time off with pay will not be unreasonably withheld, but shall not exceed 16 (sixteen) hours in a pay period. The Union will normally provide the Employer with the names of its stewards who need release time within 48 hours of the scheduling of the meeting. The employee is required to code any activity pursuant to this section as follows: select work tag "remote work location" and then select "union business" on the employee's timesheet. The sixteen (16) hour per pay period limitation on union activity during working hours, described in this paragraph, does not apply to Chief Stewards (Article 4, Section 16), leave from the Union release time account for union business (Article 4, Section 4) or Leave for Union Office (Article 14, Section 2). The practices described in § 12-405 of the State Personnel and Pensions Article shall apply to grievants, witnesses and Union representatives. The practices described in the current Transportation Human Resources Policy §71, Subsection 10, shall be maintained.
Trainings. 2.1 The Contractor is obliged to ensure that all Contractors’ personnel entering the premises of the Main Construction Site (locality 1 MO34) and Operation Area (locality 11 MO34) in order to perform subject matters of contracts passes entry clearance course or training for short- term works (including verification of knowledge, e.g. in the form of a test) to achieve and keep general capability for entering and safe moving, and provision of the contractual performance including a briefing on the electronic attendance system used in the premises of MO34. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the Contractor's personnel attends the entry clearance course periodically at least once every 24 months, unless these SSTC contain other requirements. The respective trainings do not substitute a periodical training of workers in fields: the Occupational Health and Safety (hereinafter referred to as “OHS”) and Fire Prevention (hereinafter referred to as “FP”) that are mandatory by law, passing of which the Contractor is obliged to ensure.
2.2 The purpose of the training is to obtain the general capability to perform activities in the premises of MO34; the training is focused at specific conditions of performing contractual works in the premises and workplaces of MO34. The training consists of the following topics: OHS, FP, Security of NPP premises, Quality assurance system, Emergency Planning and Readiness, Environmental protection and Orientation at the construction site.
2.3 The Contractor is obliged to ensure the entry clearance course to its personnel under the currently applicable rules on entry clearance course for the contractors whose valid text is published on the SE´s website: xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx/pre-dodavatelov/vstupne-skolenia/
2.4 Repeating of the training by the Contractor´s personnel due to failed outgoing tests, or due to absence without objective reason at the training for which it was duly registered, is covered by the Contractor; the same also applies to the examination ordered due to repeated failure to observe the rules of OHS, FP and environment protection.

Trainings. Trainings are provided to District staff throughout the year. General training sessions are offered at OESD114 facilities in Bremerton and on the Olympic peninsula.
1. Cyclical trainings are offered in advance of key district processing deadlines.
2. Module trainings are offered as requested by district, or to cover new functionality introduced in the software.
3. Open lab sessions are offered so district staff can work with an analyst on specific tasks.
4. Districts may request custom training sessions delivered at their location.
Trainings. 11.1 For the Johan Noorloos Teacher Trainings there are additional terms of agreement applicable.
Trainings. Employees will be paid their hourly rate for District-approved in-services, trainings, and workshops that have been pre-approved by their supervisor.
1. All postings of in-services, trainings, and workshops shall identify whether or not it will be a paid in-service/training/workshop and the number of hours to be paid.

Faculty members who participate in trainings of their choice related to Distance Education and online pedagogy may claim up to 12 hours of FLEX Credit or up to 20 hours of compensation at the base hourly rate. Documentation in the form of a certificate of completion, a copy of the course description, or a letter of verification from the course provider is required.
Trainings. When the District provides classes outside the work day, such as through the Professional Development Academy, a bargaining unit member shall be entitled to attend unlimited classes. Upon completion, a bargaining unit member shall be reimbursed for up to a maximum of 18 hours at his/her hourly rate of pay per school year or, upon being employed as a Unit 5 teacher, receive one-half (1/2) hour of in-District credit for every six (6) hours attended. Prior to any bargaining unit member being required to participate in training (ABA, CDL, etc.) outside their regular duties, the Board will provide the Association president with a written description of the activity as well as a timeline for completion. If the Association is not notified then (10) working days prior to the training, the training will be rescheduled. If a bargaining unit member is unable to attend a training session, an alternative date will be scheduled for the bargaining unit member(s). These activities will be conducted at a school site under the supervision of the building administrator and/or the Association president and District administrator.
