Common use of Forward Direction Clause in Contracts

Forward Direction. flow direction of the Network Interconnection Points as defined in the Sub-clause entitled “Short-Term Use-It-Or-Lose-It capacity” in Section B. « FOS + XXX XXXX » Service: service jointly proposed by GRTgaz and the LNG terminal Operators which consists in proposing the possibility to access directly to Balancing Zone North from Fos LNG terminals, with a concomitant allocation of uniform/spot regasification capacity by the LNG terminal Operator, Daily Entry Capacity at Fos PITTM and Daily Capacity at the Link between South and North Balancing Zones (South-to- North Link) after a shipper request for this service.
