Forwarding of communications. The Principal Paying Agent shall promptly forward to the Issuer, the Note Trustee and the New York Paying Agent a copy of any notice or communication addressed to the Issuer by any Noteholder which is received by the Principal Paying Agent. The New York Paying Agent or Registrar shall promptly notify the Principal Paying Agent in the event that it receives any such notice or communication and promptly forward such notice or communication to the Principal Paying Agent.
