Forwarding of communications. The Principal Paying Agent shall promptly forward to the Master Issuer, the Note Trustee and the Master Issuer Security Trustee a copy of any notice or communication addressed to the Master Issuer by any Noteholder which is received by the Principal Paying Agent. The Transfer Agent or Registrar shall promptly notify the Principal Paying Agent in the event that it receives any such notice or communication and promptly forward such notice or communication to the Principal Paying Agent.
