Founders Preference Sample Clauses

Founders Preference. Applicants who are children of the “Founders” of IMACS, as defined herein, shall be granted admission as a second priority so long as the total number of applicants being granted priority under this preference does not exceed ten percent (10%) of the total school enrollment. If the total number of applicants who are eligible for this preference exceeds 10% of the total school enrollment, applicants shall be selected for admission using a random lottery. Those not selected through this lottery shall be added to the general lottery run pursuant to subsection 9.04.06, above.   • Shift Preference 200 Shift preference will be granted on the basis of seniority within the classification as openings occur.
