Admission Criteria. Admission to credit courses shall be subject to:
i) the normal prerequisite admission requirements;
ii) the availability of free space within the credit course;
iii) courses delivered by tutorial are ineligible for tuition waiver.
iv) courses delivered by distance (when paid as a percentage of tuition or on a per student basis) are ineligible for tuition waiver.
Admission Criteria. The Contractor must not admit a MDHHS-supervised youth without an assignment from the JJAU. It is understood by both parties to this Contract that the youth’s needs must be met by the Contractor upon admission.

We will work in partnership and liaise with the school’s SENCO to look at the child’s individual needs. We reserve the right to withdraw an offer of a place in the following circumstances: • Persistent unacceptable behaviour resulting in distress or disruption to adults or children at the provision. For the purposes of this contract the term ‘persistent’ constitutes as three or more serious incidents which are recorded on CPOMS (safeguarding and wellbeing incident log) and reported to the Extended Services Manager. The Extended Services Manager in consultation with the Wrap Around Care staff and Head of School will then make a formal assessment which will result in a decision being taken as to whether the child’s place is withdrawn. Parents will be informed in writing and the subsequent outcome within 10 days of the assessment. The Wrap Around Care staff will endeavour to work in partnership with parents wherever possible to address the inappropriate behaviour before withdrawal of a place. • The provision is open from 7.30am – 8.45am during term time only. • Parents/Carers are required to bring their child directly to Breakfast Club and await at the door for a member of the Wrap Around Care team to open. Admission Criteria. The academies will endeavour to ensure there is a place for everyone who applies to our nursery provision. This will not always be possible and priority in the 2 year old nursery will be given to funded children. However, spaces can never be guaranteed. Allocation of spaces for 2 year olds will be made in the following priority order:
1. Children in public care (looked after children)
2. Funded children with a sibling at the academy
3. Funded children with no sibling at the academy

Admission Criteria. The FIPDes MSc Course is open to well-motivated students. Applicants are required to have a BSc degree or equivalent degree of at least 180 higher education credits, in food technology, biotechnology, process engineering, biochemistry or related fields representing at least three years of study from a foreign institute of higher education. The educational programme or courses that entitle admission to the programme should include a number of prerequisites (e.g. chemistry, biotechnology, process technology/engineering, biochemistry, mathematics, and statistics). Grade Point Average needs to be at minimum 70 % of the maximum score. Students are required to have a good knowledge of English: English B (advanced) language proficiency level demonstrated in one of the following ways: TOEFL at level 575 (90 for internet-based TOEFL), IELTS 6.5, Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency. Exemption can be made for students with English as their mother tongue or who have completed a higher education course in English that satisfies eligibility requirements. The Consortium Committee can admit excellent third country students with somewhat lower TOEFL scores. The co-ordinating institute / institution select the students that meet the eligibility criteria.
